What do you get when you cross a man who dragged his way through school by his fingers with a knack for repairing things that shouldn't be able to run again? Nathan Rojas is what. Born on farmland on Aerilon, a young Nathan showed amazing aptitude forr fixing engines. The engines of anything. By the age of 12, he was being paid by adjacent farmlands to fix their machinery. By 16, he was making more money from that than the farm was making from crops. At 18, with a high school education and a business partner, Nathan started his own company. By 20, he was repairing spacecraft. by 24, his repair company had a contract with the Colonial Fleet. That was the first time he saw a Viper up close.

Looking at ways to actually fly them, Nathan went to college. He left with a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering. Easier than it sounded, considering a lot of the information was based off of his work. OCS soon followed, then flight school. At 30, Nathan Rojas owned a company independently contracted to repair Colonial Craft, was a Reservist in the fleet, and submitted numerous design changes to various mks of the Viper AND Raptor.

At 34, he's on the Cerberus for the annual two-week stint, which isn't that much different from normal, except he has to call people 'Sir' and can't tinker with the Viper once he's landed it.

Physical Features

'A little worn' is probably a good descriptor for this 5'7 fellow. Fluffy brown hair arguing against sharp features for consensus on how he should look. A narrow face connects with a body that has probably never seen a weighty work out in it's life. There's toning from years of working with engine parts and throwing a viper around, but he's just… small. Probably no more than 130lbs.

	CPT. Ibrahim "Shiv" Sitka	What can I say? The man appreciates my work. Maybe he doesn't appreciate finding me shoulder-deep in the nosecone of a Viper while we're stuck on active duty, but he's the guy I'd call to stress-test a couple of repairs. I think he secretly enjoys getting to bask in 'Grumpy old men'-dom with an Ensign, too.
	ENS. Raedawn "Goddess" Arkili	Ah, Rae. A little ray of sunshine in an otherwise dreary bunk. Good kid, usually means well. I wish she'd either wear pants or find underwear that wasn't quite as bright, though. She has my Lizard.
	CPT. Maggie "Jugs" Quinn	I've met this woman a total of twice, yet I know her better now than anyone barring the old dogs in the Petrels. Cried on me. Aerilon gal through and through, reminds me of Home. Or I remind her of it. Both, Maybe. She has my Cow.
	ENS. Tisiphone "Money Shot" Apostolos	'It's just skin.' I think I love her. The second we get off of condition two, she's the person I want to remember what booze tastes like with. Her and Shiv. Although she did set fire to my Llama. And fell asleep on me. I once got a part of my body I really like stuck in a mousetrap and I was less scared then than I was when I woke up with her clinging to me like a koala.

Trivia

• Loves to tinker. With damn near anything.
• Rich. Like, pretty godsdamned rich.
• He's certainly on the ball as far as being a pilot goes, but things that aren't to do with that or engines he sees in a very… simplistic manner.
• Has an accordion in his bunk.
• Usually has a clipped accent from years on Picon, but lately he's slipping more and more of his Aerilon upbringing into his voice. Considering he's from an area that usually has about 4 people per 5 acres… It's rural. Verymuch so.
