Background

Circe has been aboard the Cerberus as a part of its first and only crew just months before Warday. The corpsman's world was turned upside down by the events and in the wake of her loss and change of life, she clung to her studies and her ability to aid others.

Currently she is undertaking further studies with the guidance of Dr. Cameron Adair. Her studies are beginning to encompass other 'fields' of medicine she would have otherwise not considered.

With a year on the ship and no contact other than with the crew, she has become increasingly closer to her fellow survivors. Despite her earlier solitude in the wake of her realization of loss, she is finding it harder to be alone.

Circe was the second child of Aetos & Lissa Legana, born on Leonis on the inland province of Ilium in the city of Tusculum. Both were fishers as they took up residence onf Lake Nemi. Circe along with her sister Alceda grew up learning to swim and help their parents with the rather poor work that kept them fed. Circe became an accomplished diver and as far as she could reach the depths of Lake Nemi she also dreamed of joining the Navy. The Naval presence around Lake Nemi was an inspiration to that. Yet there was a sense of devotion and obligation to her family. Ultimately she enlisted at the age of twenty-six after a dream that led her to believe her path rested with the Navy. After basic, she entered the Fleet School of Medical Services. She graduated and a month later was stationed upon the Cerberus.

When the Cylon attack came upon Leonis, it was hit hard. The nuking hadn't come long after the month or so into her first assignment. It was from Cerberus that she learned of the subsequent nuking of all major cities and the loss of her family in the wake of the Cylon attack. Lost in her own personal despair, Circe fought herself into silence and kept her head to her work. Even though she can smile easily enough, she doesn't speak up or stand out, choosing to do what she can when she can. It has kept her to the background for a while but recently her mourning of the loss of her family is starting to surface in other forms not really becoming the usual calm of the young woman

Aetos Lagana	Fisherman of Tusculum. It was a hand to mouth life most of the time but he was the one to rally his family to the moment, even when he was graced with two daughters and no sons.	Presumed dead after the attacks on Leonis
Lissa Lagana	Mother to two daughters, she was the brilliant sun to their universe. Lissa was the driving force behind Circe's decision to join the Navy enlisted.	Presumed dead after the attacks on Leonis
Alceda Panas	She was Circe's older sister and counterpart for many years. They grew up together swimming and exploring. She was nearly a twin and was her best friend.	Presumed dead after the attacks of Leonis.

Physical Features

The young woman is just over 5'6", all long legs and a body toned and lean. Golden chestnut hair is long and often drawn back away from her face but the soft waves tire and draw free occasionally. Eyes are a golden hazel, a tepid green that borders on jade in certain lighting. Her lips are gently sloped most often into a gentle smile and painted a soft pink. Her skin is a soft tan paling with the time spent aboard ship.

	Lieutenant Wade "Drips" Duncan : Drips has become something of a close - if not stubborn - friend. Working with him on PT has brought up a few interesting topics of conversation. Despite myself, I am still uncertain of how to act around him.
	Captain Khloe "Poppy" Vakos: One of my first pilots to treat on deck and this one is just as feisty as the marines. I thought she would nearly deck me but upon later consideration she just seems determined to keep her people alive and around.
	Lieutenant Psyche "Bubbles" Devlin : I haven't really had a chance to get to know one of the newest patients to the ward. She constantly has visitors so there really is no need for bedside manner.
	Lieutenant Andrea "Hosedown" Demarcos: This unfortunate pilot came into the deck all cut up. The worst case yet. It was all I could do to get her to stop bleeding. Here's to the God's for her health.

Harriers

	Major Cidra "Toast" Hahn: The CAG of the Vipers. She seems rather calm and level headed, more so than most space jockies tend to be. The few times I have spoken with her have been calm and inviting. She has actually given off a sense of welcome.
	Lieutenant Evandreus "Bunny" Doe: A fellow Leonite, I am noticing the rather characteristic attitude that is common amongst the native people of the city of Thalattra. He's entertaining and sweet. At least a break from the routine somber attitude of the Sick Bay.
	Midshipman David "Shiner" Wright: Another avid swimmer and rather colorful if not straightforward man. Cheery outlook and it brings me some sense of peace. Unpredictable - something I am not used to.

Deck

	PO Andreas Damon: I like the Chief. I can't say that enough. Makes my job easier when I have to go extracting injured pilots from his work space.
	Apprentice Iosif O'Keefe: Seems new and bright eyed - bushy tailed that sort of thing. Just hope the stress doesn't break him. It's just too bad I keep meeting people only because of emergencies.

Marines

	Corporal Samuel Blaine: One of the few marines I have actually had a conversation with. Seems the silent brooding type. Though I am not always a good listener, I think I offered a good effort.
	Gunnery Sergeant Eleftherios Constin: A very large mammoth of a man with his own new record for scars on a living person that I have ever seen. Despite the tough exterior, there is more comfort around him than most. He seems to just let what happened on Warday roll off of him - or would that be off Centurions?
	Lt. Colonel Madilyn Willows-Cavana: Distant yet opens up when considering certain topics. She has given me food for thought. Too much food for thought. I am not sure what to do with it and she seems the only one willing to truely accept my own grey area.
	Captain Natalie Vandenberg: Making too much sense for me at the moment. I want to drown in my religion and try to find the answers with the Lord's but there is too much truth to what you say. Even as you give me the surface I feel even more lost now.
	Sergeant Garret Jason Lysander: Warm, open and most of all friendly. What was a comforting friendship I feel has grown beyond that. It's somewhat complicated but I can take things in stride. To be able to smile is worth it. So is he. Recently things have gotten complicated for more than one reason. I am lost.
	Captain Corrath O'Hare: A strong S2 and a smart man. Our recent talks and interactions have garnered something that I would never expected. Life has suddenly become even more confusing. Gods let me find my path.
	Corporal Lucius Decumius: A dear friend, a familiar face from our small village. If there was anyone I could trust on to listen and genuinely care, it would be Dec. The Gods smiled on me at least once in giving me a friend.
	Lieutenant Junior Grade Raine Lunair-Scaurus: One of the sweetest women anyone will ever meet - including myself. She is almost too sweet to be a marine, but when one sees her in action they can not deny that she is one of the best. Oorah.

Medical

	Lieutenant Andromeda True: Lucky to be able to serve with her. The woman knows well what she is doing and puts my EMT training to the test. Though the recent hospitalization of Hosedown offered me a moment of praise from the calculated woman - it left me wanting to learn more. Time to dedicate myself.
	Doctor Cameron Adair: A trusted cohort in the medical field. He has agreed to take the time to teach me and further my medical knowledge. He demands a lot, but I know I have made the right choice in regards to character and knowledge.
	'Crewman' Elpis: Elpis is Cameron's ward and shadow. I love it when she is with him and can do rounds with me. I should really get her a hat or her own stethoscope. I have dubbed her Crewman. It's good to have a young spirit around. Cerberus needs that inspiration of hope.
	Captain W. John Demaratus: A rather astute man to work with, passionate about his work and belies possibly a lot more training in the civilian world. Helpful and very eager to offer some pointers in teaching me as well, I find his nature rather warm and inviting. I suppose that is what makes good Doctors. The willingness to offer the aid and help everyone needs, no matter how dire. I look forward to working with him more. John is a good man, he was the one to present me with my promotion and medals and is doing all he can to aid me in getting better. I could not ask for a better teacher and companion.

Her Voice

• Though often one to clam up or just choose to be the wallflower, Circe's voice is that of the truest Leonite. With something like a midwestern twist - her voice is warm and welcoming. So when she does choose to speak, she does not come off as cold and withdrawn as she may have first seemed.

• With a Great Aunt as a Priestess of Aurora, Circe is a steadfast religious zealot at times. Though one to keep her head, she can often be found praying. Her two patron Lords are Aurora and Ascelpius.
