Battlestar Kronos (BS-7)
Overview
The Kronos was a Galactica-class battlestar laid down during the First Cylon War after Colonial forces retook the Scorpian Shipyards. She was the seventh battlestar produced of the original twelve. She saw heavy engagement during the war, particularly in the Picon and Sagitarron theatres. She did not long survive the war and indeed, was one of the first of her class to be decommissioned, well before the coming of the Mercury-class battlestars.
