Battlestar Hyperion (BS-19)
Overview
The Hyperion was a Galactica-class battlestar produced several years after the end of the First Cylon War. Hyperion, like most of her sister ships, was decommissioned as greater numbers of the newer Mercury-class ships became available. Hyperion herself was retired from service only a few weeks prior to Cerberus' activation, and at the time of her decommissioning was the second to last ship of her class still in active service in the Colonial Fleet. Now, Galactica is the only remaining ship of her class — but even her days are numbered, with that decommissioning scheduled for the next month and a half.

- LT Anton "Lasher" Laskaris: Lasher served on Hyperion for her last 10 months in service, and was recommended for a transfer to the brand-new Cerberus following Hyperion's decommissioning.
- CPO Constantine Atreus: Atreus served as Deck Chief aboard the Hyperion for her final 2 years in service, and was recommended for a transfer to the brand-new Cerberus following Hyperion's decommissioning.
- PO3 Andreas Damon: Served as a Petty Officer Third Class 2037-2038.
- PO3 Iszak O'Keefe: Served as Petty Officer Third Class in the Engineering Department, 2035-2036.
- ENS Kadena Macer: Served as an Ensign from 2039-2041.
