List of Adoptable NPCs

Battlestar Cerberus MUSH has a handful of NPCs that are available for application to become PCs. Most of these characters are more or less blank slates apart from their backgrounds; all you need to know is listed on their respective pages. A few of them have already cropped up in several scenes and have logs posted that better exemplify their personalities in-action; these logs are linked off the character's page.
