INCIDENT SUMMARY
At approximately 20:00 Hours on 23 Feb, the regular CAP encountered two Cylon Raiders, which were intercepted and engaged. These Cylons bore the same triple-hash markings as previous encounters. Once pattern of jump-in and attack strategy was confirmed, the order was given to target the slower, less-skilled Raiders at cockpits and engines; in the recent past, this strategy has increased the kill-to-casualty ratio. This represents the fourteenth day of consecutive attacks by these 'III'-marked Raiders.
