INCIDENT SUMMARY
On a routine CAP, at approximately 21:15, progressing past <coordinates>, flaky DRADIS contacts were detected then lost by several parties. After informing CIC, CAP proceeded to estimated contact coordinates. Upon arrival, DRADIS contacts were confirmed visually, 2 bandits approached on an intercept. A transmission was detected by Harrier-303. Bandits jumped away before reaching engagement range. At the recommendation of CIC, CAP proceeded to RTB, no shots fired.
